THERE’S A WAY …….

… to ensure that the animals you love so much can continue to be cared for by Essex Horse and Pony Protection Society  

Since 1986, this Charity has rescued, rehabilitated and assisted thousands of horses, ponies and donkeys from cruelty, abuse and neglect

Where possible, suitable foster homes are found for some of our rescued animals once they have made a full recovery.   Every horse successfully re-homed in this way, creates a space for any needy case to be admitted to our Sanctuary.

We currently have in excess of 350 rehabilitated horses and ponies in loving foster homes around the Country, where they are regularly monitored by our dedicated team of Fostering Officers.

To continue with our work, we rely on the generosity of our supporters.  

 We welcome visitors to the Sanctuary on  Sunday Afternoons and on Bank Holiday Mondays from 1pm - 4pm from 5th April 2009 throughout the year
